We have used Chipbuild for house renovations including an outdoor deck and steps. Dale is a very skilled and experienced carpenter  who works on the job himself, with the works receiving glowing praise from visitors. He was very reasonably priced and we especially liked him because he was honest and upfront about everything. Totally trustworthy and not at all dodgy. I have heard some builder horror stories from friends before so this guy is a diamond. He also ran the job exactly on timetime as per the contract. Now that in itself is pretty amazing. I would definitiely use his services again.

Just want to say we are 110% happy with Dale and the guys and the work they have, and are still doing on our property.

I have a 101 year old grandmother who lives with us, needed to get one of our bathrooms modified to suit her needs. Dale came in and looked at council OH consultant plans and made this all work for us so we can still use this into the future when she is gone. Add to this Dale had quotes done when he said he would and the work has been of top quality

Have also now got Chipbuild to do our front path (for better access) and doing a complete new front door including frame work (need to make it wider)

On another note, I am also doing some work inside the house myself as well, Dale has been happy to answer simple questions and give advice as well which has been helpful.

Any future work I dont do myself will certainly be done by Chipbuild.

Dale/Chipbuild has now undertaken 3 project renovations for us at our principle place of residence...over the past 3 years.

We are a family of 5 and have had to stage works over time to avoid major disruption as we all lived in the home whilst works were undertaken. It's fair to say the works were significant in all cases...

All works undertaken were carried out by Chipbuild from start to finish. The workmanship, planning, programming, cleaning, upfront communication and attention to detail were at an excellent level.
